I was e-mailed this question.
I know you have showed how to pinch ribbon, but I can't remember if I can do it in elements. If you can, will you tell me how?
My quick answer is: Yes, you can do this in elements. I believe you have a filter somewhere called "pinch". Where exactly is that??? I'll have to look in a while. Once you find it you need to select around the part of the ribbon you want to pinch using the marquee tool then use the pinch filter.
