Include dpi when cropping...

I just figured this out lately and it's saved me a lot of stress. When cropping an image, make sure that you set the resolution size to be 300dpi in the crop options (right by the inches sizes). I was always cropping things and the resolution would change - way frustrating. Now, no matter what size, the resolution will stay 300dpi.

Great tip! There are times when I won't do that but anytime I need the crop to be an exact size I will always do that.

If I crop a picture to 5x7 I won't always enter the dpi because I only care about the dimension and not the actual size.
