I think this is a fascinating question. What are you guys doing for dinner? I think I'm going to do a crockpot recipe tomorrow night, most likely Black Bean Salsa Chicken. It's very yummy, but extremely easy. What's on your menu?

Since I am moving this week, I think we will be eating whatever is in the freezer-trying to use up as much as a I can before we go- also leftovers from the fridge. I am enjoying the fresh vegetables from the garden before we move since we can't really take the garden with us. I hate moving-it is chaotic!

I made this, it's quick and easy! I didn't use the crockpot though, just cooked it for an hour on the stove. It's yummy, especially with cheese, sour cream, and Fritos on top!

Mindy, that looks so yummy! I've been craving Mexican. In fact, tonight I'm going to do quesadillas, refried beans & rice.
If I had the spare cash, I could really go for some fried chicken instead. YIKES! I only craved fried chicken when I was pregnant with my son! Hopefully this isn't an omen. My kids are only 16 months apart (youngest is 5 months old) & I'm not sure I'm ready to do "3 under 3."

no fair talking about food and not providing the recipe Quinn! :)
Spit it out... :) LOL! :)
We had spaghetti for dinner tonight and tomorrow we'll have steak kabobs on the grill. I love the ones we get from the milk man. So easy to throw them on the grill and the whole family loves them. :) Gotta love it when it's easy like that... :)

Mindy, that Taco Soup is delicious! My family also makes it on the stove. We eat it with tortilla chips, cheese, and sour cream. Mmm Mmm Mmm.
I had Chicken Salad Sandwiches on croissants tonight, and for dessert we had Tuxedo Brownies (from one of the Pampered Chef cookbooks). I ate at my mom's house, so I didn't have to do any cook. Those are the best meals of all!

Okay, okay... I posted my recipe "Black Bean Salsa Chicken (http://web.mac.com/rqcurtis/iWeb/Curtis%20Family/Blog/41622ABC-8311-4A49-B176-69D74BB71BAD.html)" on my blog (http://web.mac.com/rqcurtis/iWeb/Curtis%20Family/Blog/41622ABC-8311-4A49-B176-69D74BB71BAD.html).
Such a yummy recipe! Check it out & try it!
I made pepperocini pot roast hoagies tonight. They're easy and GREAT, especially if you like spicy food!
Brown one pot roast and put it in the crock pot. Add one large jar of pepperocini peppers (banana peppers) and juice. Cook on low all day. Before dinner, remove beef, shred it, and add it back to the pot.
Serve shredded beef with peppers and shredded swiss cheese over thick slices of sourdough bread. I'm doing South Beach diet, so I eat my beef with peppers but no bread. It's delicious and SO easy!

Made this soup today! It was sooooo yummy! I doubled the recipe for my big family and I wanted to have it for leftovers this week too. It's divine!
