ScrappingPro for PSE 4.0??

I am interested in getting the Scrapping Pro Black and White Plug-In. Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on this plug-in being used for Photoshop Elements 4.0. I see that there are various levels of the Scrapping Pro. I am interested in the Gold level in which I can change the levels myself. Is this worth it? Are there other company's plug-ins that are recommended more? Thanks! I will be watching the comments.

I really like Scrapping Pro's plug-ins. The guy who owns Scrapping Pro is extremely easy and helpful to work with. I don't think you can go wrong for the price. There are some other actions I like for BW but I don't think any of them work in Elements.
