yikes! I took all of these adorable photos of my daughter yesterday & this is the only one of her smiling... and it's out of focus. Seriously, every other photo is in perfect focus, but the smiling one. Is there anything anyone could do to help this sweet photo?

I really don't know for sure if you can fix a photo that's out of focus, but I gave it a try. Someone else probably can do a better job, I just don't know for sure how to best fix it.

When I have this problem, I usually try to turn it into an artistic move on my part-"I meant to do that" by making it antique or a cartoon look or something fun. I hate to miss a cute photo!

Here's my attempt. I think it turned out pretty good, but you probably wouldn't be able to blow this up very much. I went to filter>smart sharpen. In the 'remove' drop down menu, choose lens blur then set the amount to 200% and the radius to 4.0 pixels. I actually did that whole process twice, but if you decide to do this you can see if you like it better after one time or two.

Those are all good ideas, In the digital scrapbook magazine that Angie was letting us borrow there is a solution for blurry photos.. I will show it to you tonight at your class! (Which I am way excited for, by the way!)
