So I'll start... I love this easy recipe... I made it tonight and forgot how good it was!

I've always wanted to make carmels and to have an easy recipe is nice. Now, I'm embarrassed but do I need a thermometer at a certain degrees or can I put some of the carmel mixture in water to see if it goes hard? What would you recommend Jaime? Thank you.

Oh... sorry... Yeah. I'm old fashion.. I do the water test. :) I don't trust those thermometers!
