Hi all... I am sort of new to the group. I've been lurking around for a while and getting great tips and ideas but I thought I'd like to get to know you all better. My name is Kristal. I live in St. George. I have two super cute girls and I work as a dental hygienist one day a week. I went to all of your classes April and they were great!!! I learned so much! Here are a few of the scrapbook pages I've done mostly with April's cd's. Leave me a note, I'd love to get to know you all.

Hi Kristal!! Welcome! We are glad you decided to come out from lurkdom and join in the fun. Your pages are beautiful and so are your girls. You are a natural at this digi-scrapping stuff. I really love the color combination of the "smiles" page, and that "Wanted" page is such a great idea for a layout.

Can't wait to get to know you better!!!

All right. I have convinced my mom to start digital scrapbooking. We had our first lesson this afternoon and I got her to sign up on the forum. Her name is Embellie. If you don't see her posting in the next little bit, make comments to her because I know she will be reading.

Kristal, YEAH another St Georgee. Darling pages and kids!

Britt's Mom-Embellie, first you have a doll for a daughter! And second, you don't have to be afraid of anyone on here. I taught my mom too and although she doesn't post, she reads and learns. Welcome!

there is one that is just for pages only and no comments, but always post on another thread as well so we all can tell you how cute they are...

It is in the Digital Scrapbooking Thread. It is called "Sticky: Layouts no comments" (or something close to that)

Welcome Kristal - LOVE your pages! The way you used the flower strings along the top and bottom, and made a strip of photos is so pretty! This is why I love this forum - I get so much inspiration here!

Brooke, there's a house next door that is for sale...it's BEAUTIFUL!!!! You could move down here where it's warm and we could scrap all day and all night! Our kids could run wild and we could wear pajama's and housecoats and eat carmel apples and send creepy talking monkey emails back and forth... (am I enticing you enough to move? or freakin' you out?)

Sounds fun to me Alishaw! It is pretty warm here today Jamie. In the 60's I think. I only needed a sweater this morning.

Alisha there are quite a few houses by me for sale. Then you could be close enough to Brooke and I to scrap. We could make up our own monkey mail and eat carmel apples in the monkey mail.

You can have the snow...I love snow if I'm in flannel PJ's, with cinnamon hot chocolate (have you tried it? MMMMM....DELICIOUS!), in a cabin next to a roaring fire. Other than that, I find it quite cold, wet, dirty and slickery. Not for me. You'll laugh when I tell you I've been using my seat warmers cause I think it's cold here.

Okay, I got the cinnamon hot chocolate last year and love it! Now I can't find it ANYWHERE! Where is it? I've looked at Sam's Club, Costco, Smith's, Target... Please let me know I'm craving it and have been since Thanksgiving!
