Picture Taking Places

Where are some good places to take pictures of kids and families, both indoor and outdoor?

If you have a photographer there is a place called Garder Park Ward ( I think). It is close to downtown on Yale Ave and 1300 East I think. I had my bridals there and it was beautiful. We did family pictures at Murray Park and those turned out cute too.

Yes, the Garden Park Ward is gorgeous. I also like Murray Park, and Wheeler Farm has some awesome places. I love the old buildings, they make cool backgrounds. Gardner Village (about 7800 South and 1100 West) has cool spots as well.

Thanks! I have tried Gardener Village before and also Thanksgiving Point but I have never heard of the Gardner Park Ward. Is it a church? Do you have to make an appointment or can you just go there? I would love to see the pictures that you have taken.

I will try to post my bridals when I get home. I don't know how it works. My photographer took care of all of that. Are you using a photographer or having somebody you know do them?

We had family photos there. We just went and had them done. If it is the same place everyone else is talkign about, it has a cool bridge and beautiful grounds.
