For National Scrapbook Day... guess what themes will be on our new CD we are releasing on QVC??? (http://qvc.com/) Yep, QVC.

Guess right and you will win that CD when it's released or maybe a little early :) Let's play Hot or Cold. Every once in a while I'll get on and say "hot" or "cold" to your answers. I'm going to make you guess all sorts of details about the CD to win. So you may guess part of it but not win because I'm going to make you guess what all the themes are and how many kits are in the CD. Guess as many times as you want until I announce a winner.

I'll post some pictures along the way as you get Hotter :) This CD will be exclusive to QVC for at least several months.

The designer of this CD is Danielle Catalano Titus. Did you guys notice that pin in the baby kit? She made it so that it has a bump and shadow where the pin would be under the paper. It looks so real. You can add any beads you want to it. I love it.

I think I'll be on May 2nd but I'll let you know later when I'm positive.

I know this might be a retarded question, and one that I should know, but what is QVC?

Not a dumb question at all. It's a TV station dedicated completely to shopping. The only thing they do is sell product on tv.

I have never purchased anything on QVC, but does anyone else find it interesting to watch? I have found myself watching it for long periods of time.

You know I've never trusted buying things from places like QVC. Buying off the TV sounds so bad to me but it's been really cool meeting with QVC, learning their philosophy, etc. I would totally buy from them now that I have learned so much about them. They like for the sales people that go on, to talk about the reasons you wouldn't want to buy something (if it applies) because they want to make sure people are happy when they buy. QVC will take anything back so they want to limit that as much as possible. Also, I never thought their low prices were real... I thought they were somewhat distorted but they really are good prices and from what I've seen their listed "retail prices" are real. The craziest thing is when they say something is just about sold out it really is, even when they say thousands have sold in the last few minutes. I was really suprised to find that out because I've never really trusted things like that. The callers that call in are all real too and the calls are done live so anything can happen. I've done quite a bit of training with them and have seen all of this and really enjoyed learning that they have high standards.
