Nicer looking web address

How do I do a link so that I don't have to paste the entire web address on things? I like how people can use just a few key words instead of the whole thing.

You type a word, like HERE, highlight it, then you will see a button with the earth and a little chain link, click that and type in your web address.
HERE (www.joyclan.blogspot.com)
