I've seen reference to changing the color of papers, but don't know how to do it. I understand the bucket/eye dropper method to change the color of a single object/color area.

But I thought someone had said they changed the color of a patterned piece of paper. Is this possible? Or am I dreaming?

Thanks in advance!

In Elements it is Enhance-Adjust Hue/Saturation- then move the sliders to obtain the color you want.

Madeline, I think you forgot one step: Enhance>Adjust Color>Adjust Hue/Saturation. I love this trick! Have fun!

Thanks, Lynnette. That's what I get for trying to give directions without Photoshop in front of me. :)

that is the path, but in every version of ps that I know of, you just hit ctrl+U and it will bring the box up to change the color.. If you select a color first with your eyedropper, when you open the hue/saturation box you can click the box on the bottom that says colorize, then it will change it to that color and then you can change the saturation and shade.. Very fun!
