Those are super cute. If she has not already sent out birth announcements I would still send them, if she wants to. I sent mine out in September and she was born in June. I hand made mine so it took awhile.

Hey Crystal. See me here again. :) I like your announcements. I like the blur picts. too. I also like her dress. She looks very much like My SIL. :)

If you want a grammar tip. I think it sound good either way but maybe it would sound better to say... "announce their marriage on ..." instead of "announce they were married.." were could be taken as they were married but aren't anymore? But it is just a suggestion, and it does sound ok either way. :) You always do a terrific job.
