I would like to get an album for my pages finally... and I can't find one that I like for a decent price. I want a 12x12 but if I can find the right 8x8 I will settle for that... but I have been to Roberts, hobby lobby, joanns, micheals, walmart, kmart even the BYU floral shop (they sell scrapbooking stuff). Are there any websites I should check out? I have thought about saveing up the pages for a bound book, but I want to show some of them off right now... so any suggestions would be great!

Try Shopko. I bought mine awhile ago but, they were on clearance and really cheap. Another thing you can do is Michaels and Roberts both have the 40% off of any item. Then you can get you album way cheaper. Joanns does this sometimes but, less often if you are not on their mailing list.

I like the Pioneer ones with the sqare opening in the front. You've probably seen those though. By now, you should have bought the first one you liked and saved on gas money :) :)
It's a weird feeling for me to have to think if a trip is worth the gas money. We didn't have to do that before did we?

Hmmm, Well I just bought a few at Hobby Lobby last week when they were 50% off. I know that doesn't help you much.
Did you try scrapbooking.com? - they always send me emails.

thanks for the tips, I had to go to Micheals again today and I finally found one I liked... a different location than before, AND I had a 50% off coupon... but I do need a couple more, so I will keep my eyes open still. AND NOOOOO we didn't have to think about gas money as much before, it really stinks! my little hoda accord cost more than $40 to fill!!! yikes!

I found some really cute ones at our Michaels up here. They had a huge selection.

They have the Martha Stewart ones at our JoAnns! just fyi - on your next album splurge. Coupons are easy to get too!
I would love to fill up for $40. I have a Ford Expedition and I spent $81 to fill up last night. I need a few things from Houston, but don't want to drive the 70 miles to get there. Who would have thought???

I got a plether one that is teal and has this really cute stitched flower detail on it... it's for the pages that I have done about myself recently, (I thought it would be nice to have a hard copy around) so I got something pretty and a little girly. I need to get a few for my boys and my husband. I saw this really elegant one that was blue silk with a picture window on the front and almost got that one, but maybe for the family album... we'll see. The other one that I really liked was like a box with windows for four pictures and it opened from the center and the album part was inside, (does that make sense?) I would have got that one if I was going to have it out on the coffee table or something or even on the book self as a framed picture...maybe I will get that one to keep the most recent pages in when I actually get a coffee table someday:) the one I got is expandable... which I'm sure is normal, but I don't know if I will ever do more than 20 pages about just myself LOL...
