Okay so I may be doing something stupid but I can not get an avatar to load. It always says that "upload Failed". Is there anything you can think I may be doing wrong?

Okay now I see it did load even though it told me it failed but it is tiny!!!

Thanks for the help...I think I got it. It does keep saying upload failed but then when I come and see my post it did work so I just kept saving as web and making it a little bigger each time to get to this. I guess it worked after all???

Mine always says the upload failed too. Maybe it is just like that. I like your avatar Jennifer. It's nice to see faces! :)
