Can someone help with printing?

Hi if anyone knows how to burn a CD from the layouts I have made in Elements 6.0 please let me know! My computer WILL NOT let me upload things right to a site it is TOO slow! I know that I can burn CD's, I just don't know how to do it from photshop. Also I have saved all my layouts in "my documents-my projects" can I make a CD directly from there so that I can print? Please tell me if you guys know how to do this. Also what do the majority of people out there do to print? Do you all print at home? What is best?

Go into your document folder where you have saved your layout as a jpg. Click on the file you want to copy (highlight) then over to the left find copy this file--click on it. It will bring up a screen that asks you where you want to copy it--I choose E drive where my CD is--it will copy to your CD and then you can take your CD to Costco, Staples, UPS Store, etc.

PS. I print at Costco--excellent quality--great price. I put (2) 8.5x11's on a 12x18 print. It's $3. I get (2) 8.5x11's for $1.50. I think printing at home is kind of expensive--my ink cartridges for my printer are pricey.
