Saturday night freebie gallery!

So my idea is that we all post the pages we made with the templates from last Saturday's class. I think it would be fun to see how they all look so different. I have two done right now, more to follow. Here they are:

I love your pages...I went to the beginner class. Does anyone know if they have posted instructions on the templates we got? I'm ready to use them but need help!

Great idea Jill, I did some quick ones today! I found a CD with pictures of my friends twins, (they are now eight years old) and thought it would be fun to scrapbook them.

Thank you Kelli! We missed you there Saturday night. It was a lot of fun, I learned a lot. I'm definately a beginner, because there were things at the beginner class that I didn't know.

Welovemilk - welcome to the board! There are instructions on how to use these here: http://forum.digitalscrapbookmemories.com/showthread.php?t=849

...or you could just follow these instructions. PLEASE ask questions if you get stuck!

1. Open the layered PSD file.

2. Open the papers and embellishments you would like to use.

3. Select the layer you'd like to work on. Place your desired
paper ABOVE the layer you want to "cover." Make sure your paper
layer is highlighted, then press Ctrl-G (Ctrl-Alt-G in PSCS2).
This is called a clipping mask--it makes the paper take on the
shape of the layer underneath it. You can move your paper around
and get it just the way you like it, then go to Layer>Merge Down to
merge the two layers into one layer.

4. Continue this process with all of your layers, papers and embellishments,
until all of your layers are "covered."

Hey Tori, you should be able to get the templates too. I went to the beginner class. I think it was for everyone. April mentioned the web address at the beginning before everyone went off into the separate classes. Check your PM.

I love these layouts! You have all done such a wonderful job. I love the little boy that is three, the colors turned out so well, and the little girl sleeping is wonderful.
