Or anyone else that was at the bag topper class last December. When you put the title on I think the snowflake topper you did something like a border around the letters and scattered it or whatever to make it slightly glow. Ok, that wasn't a very good description of what you did, but hopefully you'll know what I'm talking about. How did you do it? I tried the inner and outer glows in the layer styles and I don't think I did it right. Any suggestions?

Meagan I think you have to change the size of the outerglow so that it doesnt' really border the letters anymore. Does that make sense? I dont' know if I described it very well.

Yes, Amy is right. When you apply the glow, then click on the little f that is created on the layer in the layers palette and adjust it a lot to the right. It helps make your test stand out. If you can't get it, let me know and I'll explain it better.
