I'm such a dork... I've been waiting and waiting for this thread and i just found it... LOL. Anywho here are my instructions....


1. Open a template. (Template 2 shown)
2. Open a paper of your choice
3. Make sure you can see both the template and paper. Click and hold the paper and drag it to the template.... let go. Make sure you’re on layer 1. Align the paper over the entire layer 1. You can do this by stretching the paper to fit.
4. Go to Layer group with previous, or create clipping mask.
5. Open another paper for layer 2
6. Repeat step 3.
7. Make sure that you are on layer 3 in the layer pallette, with the magic wand tool select the grey area to delete.
8. Click box... add to selection and select all the other grey frames
9. With them being selected, RIGHT CLICK with the mouse and click on VIA LAYER CUT
10. With the new layer that you just made... drag it to your trash can.
11. Your Template should look like this....
12. Open the another paper for layer 4. Repeat step 3 for layer 4
13. Click on the Text tool. Write your message in the tag. (Make sure that your text layer is above your tag, or it will not show up)
14. With the eyedropper tool. Select the color you want for your text.
15. Highlight your text with the text tool. While highlighted, click on your color you selected in the background/foreground color box.
16. Click yes/ok (you want that color)
17. Open 4 pictures.
18. Select the CROP tool, type in 2" by 2" crop your picture to your liking and click the check mark for ok. Crop all your pictures.
19. When finished cropping your pictures... repeat step 3 resize picture to fit screen by using the corners of the picture to resize.
20. Do this until you have all of your pictures in.
21. Open a flower
22. Drag the flower onto the template with the move tool.
23. With the flower layer selected, Drag the layer to the new layer button (located either directly above or below the layer pallette.
24. Move the new flower to the location of your choice.
25. Repeat this step until you are satisfied with the number of flowers you have. ( I did 4 flowers)
26. Open a button. Move button onto the template by using the MOVE TOOL.
27. Resize button to fit the flower by dragging the corners of the button in.
28. Repeat step 23-25 for the buttons.
29. Congrats, you are complete.
30. To save... go to.. FILE > SAVE AS >

To save as a Layered template, simply rename the file and save it to the location of your choice.

To save it as a “flattened copy” on your FORMAT: DROP DOWN BOX scroll until you find JPEG. Rename the file and save to the location of your choice.

Jamie, your pages are all so cute, and great job on the photos. I recognize some of those photos from you photography class. Thanks for the instructions!

So, so fabulous, Jamie! I love your style! And it's so fun that they're all in black/white layered template files so we can steal your design & put in our own papers/embellishments! Wonderful!!! Do you have a completed album photo? How do they all come together once printed?
