Our FREE July Advanced Class is "Creating A DVD In PSE"

Saturday, July 19 9:00-10:30 AM MST (https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/338115586)

Click on the above link to register.

For this month I thought it would be fun to show off our layouts another way. So this class shows you just how easy and fun it is to create a DVD using Photoshop Elements. Follow along as you watch the screen and listen to a live instructor. Interactive class format includes a Q&A time. After this class you'll be able to create fun DVD's for family and friends.

Remember that you will be learning via LIVE online class. High speed internet is the most effective way (although some have participated on dial-up) and you will need to call a long distance phone number for the audio so please plan accordingly with either cell phone minutes or home long distance. My last 2 hour class from a land line cost me $6.12.

Also REMEMBER that the class times are Mountain Standard Time-so you'll need to convert for your time zone :D

If you have any questions, post them here! See ya there!

I have used Pinnacle to make videos using pics of my kids and some layouts. This would be fun to learn though.

Yes, Alisha I think it is a wonderful idea! If you could just record yourself saying, "Kelli you are so freakin awesome, and you so totally rock"....hehe, just kidding!! ;)

This would be a wonderful class. I've been wanting to learn how to do it, and just don't have the time to play around trying to learn. I have Premiere Elements 4 and it is fun to use if you have time.

Hey Alisha, Looking forward to another great class. You need to come to Alberta again. Online is great but you are so amazing in person. Your excitement is so contagious. I haven't looked back since meeting you in Calgary.

Hi,
I have a general question about classes - I have worked out the time difference and that works out for me - but it is an international call for me to listen. Has anyone ever thought of using Skype for the audio - thereby making it free for everyone? Two hours of international can be quite pricey??

We've looked into all of the audio options and the problem is the bandwidth necessary to offer both the audio and live screen feed is more than most people can handle. So we've decided to do it this way (at least for now) A couple of international folks have done calling cards or used intnl cell minutes. ;)

I think you're okay - last time I took a class I registered just minutes before it started! Just click on the link in Alisha's post!

We are makinga DVD from photos, scrapbook layouts, & video. You can incorporate them all into one fun DVD in photoshop elements! The video has to be a compatible format and we'll talk about that a little too.
