First timer here!

Howdy ya'll.
Yes I'm from Texas and yes I say howdy and ya'll on a daily basis. Now that we have that out of the way, I will xplain how I came to be on this mb.
About 2 months ago I was forced to pack my scrapbooking products so that we could do some remodeling on our house in hopes of selling it soon. I can go two months without scrapbooking, but it's starting to look like it could be much longer than just a couple of months. Yesterday, while holding my 50% off Michael's coupon and thinking I really shouldn't be buying anything when I'm just going to have to pack it, I find myself standing in front of the digital scrapping area (it's quite small). I've never digitally scrapped because I really enjoy getting down and dirty while scrapbooking. But this would be the perfect solution! It takes up no room whatsoever, and can be put on hold in a moments notice. Bing Bang Boom and here I am!! I'm really looking fwd to it!

Ahh the name! It's been with me a long time, since my first computer and my first internet connection (about 14 years). It's unique enough that I never get told "that username is already in use". It's an abbreviated form of Madame Charpentier or Mrs. Carpenter in French. Mrs. Carpenter, that's me!!
