Fourth of July - Web Home Page Challenge

[April]

I want a Fourth of July layout to put up on the homepage of this website. Post any layouts you create using only Digital Scrapbook Memories products in this thread and I'll choose a winner sometime on Tuesday the 24th of June.

The winning layout will go on the homepage. The winner will get a DSM CD of his/her choice in the mail.

Everyone and anyone is welcome to participate.

Great layout Robin! You can do the page however you want, whatever size you want so you followed the rules perfectly!

This was made entirely with the Collection 2 cd, which is in lovely spring/summer colors. I had to colorize every element!!!! I wish I had better 4th of July pictures, but ya work with what ya got!

Page map by Becky Fleck featured in Memory Makers Magazine, February 08. I turned the pagemap into a template and then added the photos and papers to the template.

I was not satisfied with my first LO. I just couldn't get the look I wanted with Collection 2, so I went out and bought the Playground collection!!! Yay for me! I still changed colors on both my pattern paper and on the brickish red paper to have more patriotic tone to them and on my stitching and the bauble at the top of my paperclip to make them match better. I also gave vellum a try for the very first time. . . hope I didn't get it too dark. The picture is of me and my granddaughter.
p.s. at full size the journaling is much easier to read

Awesome pages everyone. Well I don't have the holiday CD so I used papers and elements from the Playground and the Moods CD's. Changed a few colors here and there but not much. Don't look too close at my photo, I was really lazy on my extraction and didn't do the greatest job but at least I got the page done :)
