Hello everyone! I have been a lurker for about a month and have decided to come out of the woodworks. My name is Kim and I just recently started digital scrapbooking. I met Angie at the scrapbook convention in Texas at the beginning of June and just fell in love with digital scrapbooking. Since then I have completed about 35 pages. I think I am addicted!:cheer: I have 4 kids so it has been a little hard keeping up with all of the pictures, but digital has really helped me keep up. Nice to meet all of you ladies and can't wait to start posting some pages (I can't figure out how to do so I need my hubbies help)

Welcome, Kim! It's easy to post pages. You can start your own album on your profile page and upload the jpegs of your layouts to your album. Or you can post in a thread and use the paperclip to attach the layouts to your post. Can't wait to see your pages!

Welcome to the forums Kim! I am glad that you decided to stop lurking! Chatting is the best!! We are getting alot of you from Texas..my best friend is moving there at the end of August (i'm sad)!! Anyway, let us know if there is anything we can do to help!! To post Lo's you need to make the size smaller! I think it can be bigger than 241mb....just go to image size and then type in about 600 for the pixels and then go to file SAVE FOR WEB and it will tell you if it's too big! I hope that makes sense, and helps!!

Thanks Kelli...I was trying to add layouts and it wouldn't accept them so I figured they were too big. Thanks for the help with that.

I usually hit "Save for Web" first and resize it there. It will tell you initially that your image exceeds the size SFW was designed for but that's ok. A dialogue box will pop up and you can change the size there. On the left hand side of the box directly under each image it will tell you the size of your image after you change it so you know where to go from there to get it right. Am I right that LOs in your album need to be a little smaller in size than ones to attach to a post? That's what is sticking in my head.
