I was thinking that very thing. And she likes me so much that she gave her invisible friend my name and even almost spelled it the same. I'm so flattered. :o

Did you Ace the test? What kind of student are you Alli:) It's kind of hard to think straight when you stay up ALMOST all night. :yep: I had to have a nap this afternoon because of my late night.
Ya know, I have never been to girl's camp. I wonder if we even had it when I was younger. I don't think we did. This was my daughter's first time to attend and I knew I would miss her, so I volunteered to drive up the mountain to bring the camp some ice to fill their coolers. I was very impressed with how things went. The dinner (dutch oven stew) was delicious--that's one way I judge an activity is on the food, then we attended skits--very clever; the best one was "Going on a Zion Hunt" ya know, instead of Lion Hunt--it was very entertaining, we stopped in Texas, Greece, Hawaii, etc where we found values to help us in life. That one was my favorite. Then the devotional was on having trials in our lives, but trying to make the choice to stay positive through it. We watch the movie, "Love, so Softly." in the dark outside in the trees and ate chips and homemade salsa. After that we had singing trees where each ward gathered around a tree in the forest and took turns shining their flashlights up towards the sky surrounding the trees and each ward sang a beautiful song. It was very touching. After that our camp cooked smores, but it was soooo late, I had to drive back down the mountain--it was kind of scary too because half way down the drive--there was a barricade of cops looking for a man--I think a mean man! I asked them if he had a gun, luckily, they said, "NO." But I was sure glad to get home and check in on the forum:) around 1am and there was your green light on. I felt right at home. Thanks for being awake for me;)
I hope you Aced your test.
Still, no Shellee huh? What do you think? It's a fraud!

Kim, that is the best idea I have heard!!! Oh, and the girl I work with, her and I have noth decided that the people who are weird and crazy areusually the normal ones! :)
Alyson
08-02-2008, 03:06 PM
Kelli, so true! My cousin had a t-shirt that said, "Are you weird?" And he said people would always say "yes", he never heard anyone say no...therefore, it's normal to be weird. :D
