Okay this is totally off the subject of my thread, but has anyone did what i just did? I'm sitting here doing my internet stuff and i completely just ate an entire box of sour patch kids. {my goal was to only have 5 because dinner is almost ready}

Anywho now on to my chit chat...

What digital scrapbooking magazine does everyone have/like?

I was at wally world today and had a digi-mag in the cart and when i checked out it rang up as 25.00!!!! {FOR ONLY ONE MAGAZINE} I thought that was extreemly high so i didn't get it. I was thinking that you could pay that much for a year subscription an not just one time.

I have a subscription to Digital Scrapbooking from Simple Scrapbooks, I think a year sub (6 issues) is like $14.99 or something. I like it and it's a good price!

I am all about using the internet as my magazine! I have a lot of bookmarked pages for use too. I am cheap though....we already pay too much for our internet as it is..gotta get my moneys worth! lol

I just got a subscription to the same one Brooke mentioned. You get a printed one in the mail but you also have access to their back issues online.

$25?!? That's steep. I also have a subscription to Digital Scrapbooking, and I visit a few others' online sites, like Amy.

Yeah $25 is way too high for one edition. Its like $15 for a whole year or if you go and get it at a store its about $7 for one issue. Joanne's has them.

Hey Jamie, I think I put the same magazine in my cart the other day at Smith's and we the guy rang it up it was about the same prize. Before I knew how much it was I thought it would have been a really neat magazine and it was really thick too with a lot of cool ideas. Maybe it was the same one. Did you end up buying it then? I just got on digitalscrapbooking magazine website today and I think you can get a year for $19.99 I think I might do that.

I got one Digital Scrapbooking magazine and really liked it. It's where I got the idea to do the IPOD touch layouts. But I don't limit myself to that one. Since I'm overseas I don't have access to all the magazines available, so I just go to the base exchange and see what's new. This month I got Scrapbooks, Etc. because it had some cool layouts I wanted to turn into templates. Sometimes I get Memory Makers and others. The digi ones seem to focus a lot on techniques and the paper scrapping ones on layouts. I mix it up to keep inspiration coming. :)

I am a subscriber of a free online magazine that does both paper and digi scrapbooking. It is called Scrap n' Art. It comes in pdf form and has some good ideas for scrapbooking and paper crafts and it is free.

I get The Digital Scrapbook magazine and wait for the BH&G Digital Issues to come out.
I also get Creating Keepsakes, Simple Scrapbooks and Memory Makers to keep up on trends and fun stuff. They have all had quite a bit on digital lately.
BUT MY FAVORITE is Photoshop Elements magazine. It's a bit pricey, but so cool!!

I'm lucky if I have time to use the ideas that you girls give me, so I don't have time to get into any magizines right now, but let me know that the best are, you never know with pregnancy when you will have to be down for awhile.

No, I am not one of Kelli's friends, yet. I decided to join the forum when I saw the digi-scrap olymipics and am anxiously awaiting my CD so I can begin scraping and post some pages for the olympics. This is my first time to participate in a forum of any type, but I like what I see so far and am very excited to participate in the the olympics and other activities.

A little about myself...hmm...I just became a mom 3 months ago to the most beautiful little girl so I bet you can guess what the subject of most of my layouts is :) I am a landscape designer by trade, but find that the principles carry over greatly with my digital scrapbooking and I am addicted to it. I really am excited to be part of this group.

Welcome! That is so exciting about your new daughter! (You said you were waiting to get your cd so you could start posting lo's. For the Olypics you have to use DSM products in order for them to count. I just wanted to make sure you knew you can post other lo's with different products though. Just and FYI.)

I bought a digi scrapbooking mag at Sam's today. I think it was put out by Better Homes and Garden. The very first ad was for paper scrapbooking. :rolleyes:
