I see that it's coming up next month. As anyone who has been paying attention may remember, I hate "traditional" paper scrapbooking. So my question is would it be worth my time to attend the expo? Is it mostly paper scrapbooking or will there be more than 2 digi scrapbooking booths? ;)

What say you?

I could only see DSM and Creative Memories for digital. If you don't have Creative Memories' program, their digital kits won't work.

Shellie,

I dont like paper scrapping either, and I got hook on digi scrapping at the Expo.... I went with a couple of friends, and it was the only class I was interested in taking...

April generally does a class or two, but other than that I would say the rest is a waste of time..

It is really fun though...and they have lots of really good deals on albums and other crafty/home decor stuff. They also have other booths like jewelry, etc. I like to go and just look around, last time I bought way too much though!

Does anyone know if there might be power to digiscrap at expo? I love the social atmosphere of the crop, but I'm just learning my elements 6 program and don't want to drag all my paper stuff to expo. Any chance I can take my computer and scrap that way this year?

They normally do not offer power-I've complained each year and so I'm not bringing my friend group up this year. But if you will sit by a pillar with a silver cover, you can break in and they have power in there.
With all the digi scrappers, cricut cutters and gadgets, you'd think they'd rethink that option. You can always recharge in the bathroom or at a perimeter wall too.

If you go on Saturday in the afternoon, a lot of places start clearing out their stuff. One year April and I got a bunch of 8x8 and 6x6 albums for a dollar.
