I recently purchased the PS Elements 4 and one of the DVD's (collection #2). I have tried to figure digi scrapbooking out but I’m getting so frustrated with it. I have no clue what I’m doing. I have never scraped before and I saw a scrapbooking program on TV and it talked about digi scraping. I became interest so I purchased what I needed. Now I don't know what to do. I have read some of the tips and I’m still confused. I’m normally very good at picking up computer programs but for some reason this one has me stuck. Are there classes for this, if so please let me know. I'm really interested in this; I don't want my frustrating to discourage me.

Welcome!! This is a really fun place here. I am fairly new to digital scrapbooking too. Sorry I can't help you much because I don't have Elements 4, but I do know that if you buy one of their beginner CDs they have a little tutorial to help you with the basics. I hope you don't get too frustrated and quit because digital scrapbooking is awesome.

Thank you so much for your help. I made my 1st page this morning. I used one of the pre-made templates where you add your pictures. I figure out how to layer them and arrange them. Now i need to figure out how to do the other ones. I so happy i figure it out. Thanks again.

Yea, I'm glad you figured it out. I'd encourage you to take the on-line beginners class that DSM offers. I learned a lot from that class.

Welcome!! I'm so glad to hear you figured out the quick page...figuring out how to move the layers around is a big part of figuring out digi scrapping. It does take some time and patience to get it down, but once you've learned the basics, you will be smooth sailing after that (there will always more to learn if you want, but that stuff can be learned as you feel like it). Please ask questions about anything and everything and someone will usually answer right away or point you in the right direction. You can also search the forums for keywords to find help if there isn't anyone online right then.

So, tell us a little about yourself. We love to get to know people. And make sure to post some of your layouts so we can see them...we love that too!!
