Trying to watch the videos

I am trying to open the Flower Patch beginner cd and watch the intro videos and stuff, but it always comes up with the message "Cannot open FlowerPatchLayout.mov because it is the wrong type of file." ??? I don't know what this means? I was able to watch the videos on "The Garden" Cd? Anybody had this happen and know what to do?

you have multiple options for viewing so make sure you are clicking the right one for you-Quicktime or Windows Media. If you still can't maybe just restart and see if it will work.

Did you figure it out? Like Alisha said there are two types of videos for each video. Try the other one :) Let me know if it doesn't work.

Okay, I did try both the options to open it but I figured it out. I just have to open it from a different place in my computer instead of through Photoshop. :) That was really easy for how much I stressed over it! I love this, thanks girls!!!
