Ron Paul is the very definition of a true Republican. He wasnt and still isnt already bought and paid for like McCain and Obama. IMO. :) I normally like to remain Indepenent but personally I think Ron Paul can hold up to his promises and REALLY make the change that America needs.

I wish we could toss these two candidates back and pick two more. Not particularly fond of either of them, but I would like to vote Republican.

It always seems like I'm picking the "lesser of two evils..." I can't decide! I never do until I walk in that voting booth, at least not consciously. I try to keep up on it all, I like to visit factcheck.org to help sort things out a bit more.

I just think that both are idiots! They both do and say things that drive me crazy!

yeah i don't really like either of them. i wish romney had at least been chosen as vice then I wouldn't worry so much about the economy.

I know huh? It's like do we want crap or crap-tastic?
Can we just start over and pick two new ones?

Just vote third party if you dont like either canidate so next term they have more money and a better chance! :)
It makes me sad that so many (including myself) feel like there isn't a candidate they can get behind 100% and feel good about their vote. I will most likely vote Republican even though in my heart I am a true conservative and I don't feel McCain comes close to being a true conservative. I'm watching the debate from last night as I write. Frustrating. I think I listen to too much talk radio though which often seems to make things feel worse with Obama and McCain...

McCain. Only because I think it will be even more of a disaster if the socialist Obama wins. It's the lesser of 2 evils for me too.
My husband being in the military we know we need anyone but a Democrat in there. They traditionally let the military go to pot and then we have to spend millions/billions in rebuilding once they are out or something happens.
Obama has way too many questionable ties with questionable people and some of his views are very socialist. Not what this country needs.

Who I think will win is a very different answer than who I want to win!

I agree with Shellie. McCain is the lesser of two evils. Obama seems to have too many things to hide. Everyone needs to study the issues and then decide who would best fit the job.

That’s the problem with America I think. People DONT want to do the research on their own and take the time out to read through and learn what is really going on in America, what each candidate is REALLY going to bring to the table.
I think that people rely too much on what the TV tells them to believe. Obama is unfortunately in such a good standing with Americans because he is a GREAT BS'er and it’s not like most people really want to go and get the real facts. He is playing his poor me cards so well because he knows that people want someone they can relate too, even if its not the best decision for us.
I get frustrated when I watched the two debate becuase they did such a great job at NOT answering the questions given to them. I also disliked the fact that on the last debate they recieved a question about each others Ad campaignes on TV being really negative twoards each other. HELLO of course they are...its the presidental election....there is and never has been such a thing as a fair calm fight! haha.
It’s unfortunate on how lazy America is. As long as you see it on TV or Fox New or CNN it’s TOTALLY true. Politicians don’t lie! :P
Ok...rant over.:P Good times!

The mainstream media loves Obama. Therefore, he is put out there in a more favorable light. There are so many questions that should be asked about him but the media is ignoring them.

I totally agree with that statement Shellie. Especially the SNL spoofs. Granted, they are funny, but I think they should make fun of both sides instead of so heavily on one side.
And Madison, let's just hope that by the time they can vote that they actually do their own homework and don't just vote how the media tells them they should, regardless of who they want to win.

oh my gosh.
dude.. hopefully!!
our school is participating in a nation wide high school mock election (i get to vote tomorrow!) where all high schools across america have the students vote.. and its like pretty obvious who is going to win that.. because everyone watches SNL (they are funny.. but agreed, they need to make fun of both sides!) and the colbert report and etc.. and they all hate mccain.. so everyone just takes their side.. instead of actually thinking and deciding who they like for their selves.. ughh.. whatever..
