I hate using them. How often do you use them? I am sure I would take better pictures if I had one but it makes candid pictures so hard.

Only for posed portraits. Otherwise, I find it much too constricting.

BTW, thanks to everyone that posted advice about which camera I should go with (Canon digital rebel XTi vs. Canon 30D). My new 30D is on its way!!!
