editing photos on an album page

I am new to this. Just went to the class last night. I am trying to make the beginning page from the class and pulled in a picture that needs to be edited. (red eye fixed) can I edit the picture on the album page or does that have to be done before I pull it in?http://forum.digitalscrapbookmemories.com/images/smilies/confused.gif

Great question. You can edit it before or after you drag it on your page. The key is to make sure you are on the right layer before editing. If you aren't on the right layer it won't work. Keep this in mind any time you have problems in photoshop. Usually when something doesn't work it's because you are on the wrong layer.
