This is a labyrinth near our home in SunRiver, St. George. Unlike mazes, which have many paths and dead ends, labyrinth's have a single, meandering path that winds to the center and back. The labyrinth can represent our journey on the path of life, with all it's twists and turns. It is an ancient, universal, and cross- cultural symbol known to exist since about 3500 B.C.
When you enter the center you can meditate, pray, enjoy the silence and absorb the natural beauty around you. Sandy |

This vinyl art is on the wall of the Curves center that I frequent. Today, I really didn't want to go there, so this phrase really struck me....I really do amaze myself when I go and finish a workout, just because I hate it sooooo bad! Today, I won!!!!!

I have one last picture of my Maren to take but I am waiting until dance tomorrow. I skipped ahead to my oldest daughter, Amelia. 10 more days....woohoo! I love the color of Amelia's hair. All of my girls have varying amounts of red in their hair. Amelia's hair is amazing. It is the most gorgeous red-gold color and is soooo thick.
