OK so I have not read all the rules and it is so hard to go through everything to get caught up. Are there deadlines for all the events? Since my surgery, I have not done any of the contests. I still want to play but don't know if I missed a ton already. I think I read that you can't get the big prize if you don['t complete all the layouts. That is fine with me, but I still want to play. Anyone want to help the lazy lady out?

Brittany, don't worry, there are only a few events that had a specific date. You can find a calendar with all the info at this link. I think you only need to complete 5 layouts to be entered to win the big prize, so you still have a chance. I believe in you!!! I would refer to the rules thread just to make sure I'm correct about that. Here's a link to the Official Rules thread.

I am fine. I just had knee surgery. The dr. thought I tore my meniscus and got in there and it was fine. It was the cartlidge on my femur/knee area that had torn. He had to take the big flap off and clean it up. I still hobble a bit, but I am getting around.

Hopefully, you'll be running your marathons shortly. I bet that's been killin' you not being able to run. I'm glad the surgery wasn't too serious. Now, get to scrappin' I want to see you in this race
